This is a family-run fresh pasta shop that makes daily batches of pasta, gnocchi (a sort of potato dumpling), ravioli, tagliatelle, and tortellini. We get all our fresh pasta here (on the days when my husband isn’t making it himself). The tortellini filled with cured ham “prosciutto crudo” are our favourites but everything is delicious.
INSIDER TIP
If you are self-catering this is the perfect place to pick up an easy dinner. Pasta is sold according to weight and you can get jars of sauce in the shop too. Just boil up some water, throw your ravioli in and enjoy a delicious but simple dinner.
FOR KIDS
If you lift your kids up they will be able to catch a glimpse of the pasta makers at work in the kitchen behind the shop. If you have kids with varying tastes it can also be fun to let them choose a different flavour of ravioli each, since it’s bought by weight.
