This is a lovely sushi place. In summer there is a gorgeous roof terrace, nestled up among the Venetian houses. It’s slightly pricey but the menu is full of classic Japanese dishes, as well as more modern twists. We love the lobster gratin sushi rolls.
INSIDER TIP - TAKE OUT
Unusually for Venice, they also do take-away (and delivery to centrally located residences), which you can order from their easy to use website, which has photos of the individual dishes. They have a restaurant also in Milan, so if you are ordering online once you get to the “order online” page you can switch to English and enter 30124 as the zip code for Venice to select the right restaurant.
FAMILY FRIENDLINESS
Although this is quite a “grown-up” restaurant, they have always welcomed our children and are overall very friendly.
